  5. Having followed these steps myself– I know they have been the reason for my own positive annual checkups. The step I’m most proud of ( and the most difficult at first to do) was quitting smoking many years ago. If I had continued with my 2-pack-a-day habit, I.m sure my lungs would be shot today.   6. i think to have a bealthy heart and stay away from heart attack or heat diseases when you get old. One thing is last but not least you must know is stress-free. Because if you keep lose faith, stressed and get stuck in a long long time, it will gradually do you harm,
