Daily Dose of Affirmations

Each day you can journey from your Alpha (it begins with you) to your Omega, which in the teachings of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, is the point within each of us where our inner spiritual nature meets our outer worldly nature. 

It is with this thought I bring to you daily dose of affirmations for your mind and soul. An affirmation a day, keeps the therapist away!!! Here are your affirmation for todayΒ :

  • I know that things are unfolding perfectly for me.
  • I am able to flow with the universe around me.
  • I am freeing myself from the habit of judgement, no matter how easy it is to do so.
  • I have the ability to channel unconditional joy, for absolutely no reason.
  • I’m becoming confident in myself and the process.
  • I am centered, grounded and connected with my inner knowing.

      Repeat your affirmations out loud, for about five minutes, at least three times a day. Some people like to say them five times a day. It really depends how much time you can take for yourself in a relaxed setting. How many times do you practice affirmations Carol?

      Affirmations help you to feel empowered and in control of your life. They reduce stress, tension, and anxiety. They help ground you and your thoughts so that you’re not flailing helplessly down a negative spiral. They boost self-confidence and self-esteem.

    While reading it feels that, simple to follow. But, when we encounter situations its difficult to find the tactics. Can I know, do you practice Yoga?

      Yes Surya Namaskars every day. However try breathing, deep breathing everyday whenever you get time. Steal some moments multiple times a day and just deep breathe.
