We all get busy with our lives and sometimes it leaves us less or no time to take time for ourselves, be with ourselves, wash off all the negativity that we accumulated during the day with self love, meditation, etc. The daily boost will be in an easy to understand and more importantly something which is relatable. Self Love Practice Tip #76
In today’s post we will continue to discuss about self doubt. Another way to let out your emotions other than journaling them would be to exercise, go to the gym, there are punching bags there, so cardio, go out for walks. The idea is to move your body and let out your frustration in a healthy way. The most important tip however is to remember who you are. Here, focus on what you know is true. Like who are you? This is another self awareness exercise. You are a human being full of love and life. Your innate nature is kind of loving. So remember a time when you felt so proud of yourself or you accomplished something great. Remember how you felt and the work you did to get there, remember everyone around you and how much they were proud of you. How much you felt proud of yourself, the feeling of finishing something. It could be something small, it doesn’t need to be like you got out of bed today. Think of any accomplishment that was important to you. It is important to remember what you are capable of. Just because one situation did not go your way, shouldn’t eliminate all the work you have done previously to get where you are today. We are human, we make mistakes. Failure is a part of life.
