We all get busy with our lives and sometimes it leaves us less or no time to take time for ourselves, be with ourselves, wash off all the negativity that we accumulated during the day with self love, meditation, etc. The daily boost will be in an easy to understand and more importantly something which is relatable. Self Love Practice Tip #88
In today’s post we will talk on how to stop comparing yourself to others. You can control what you can consume and you can control you react and I am sure you will choose positivity because your deserve more and you are special and you have to view it like that because that is the reality. Are you guilty of comparing yourself to others? I know I have done it, multiple times, sometimes consciously and sometimes unconsciously. And I want to say that to you that it is okay if it happens. If it happens just catch yourself and tell yourself that you are just a human being and it is okay to slip. We are all going to have those days and we have to be practical about them. There are going to be days when you are going to feel about yourself but those are the days where you catch yourself spinning into a negative spiral of comparing yourself to others. But notice when you are doing it and say hey hey, let’s slow down here, slow down, let’s come back. Then think instead of putting myself down, how can I be inspired by these posts or account as they are putting me in a bad mood and I need to unfollow them. What is not okay is that you stay stuck in a self loathing mindset. It is not going to be good for you.
