Your attitude is what determines your day. Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it. The small things in life don’t need to be worried and stressed about so much. The alarm can be fixed. The tire can be replaced. The coffee can be refilled. The parking ticket can be paid. The keys can be found. The to-dos can get to-done. You can get sleep. You can get some food. Maybe a snickers to satisfy.

Your life is great. You just have to allow it to be.

People don’t make you angry, you allow the anger to dwell within you. Circumstances don’t upset you, you allow yourself to get upset. You choose to worry, you choose to criticise, you choose to blame, and you choose to complain. No one else decides this for you.

  3. I have literally been taking note for my next blog post to be about how to live a worry free life lol…I love what the “dr. Love” says : Worry never robs tomorrow of its sorrow, it only saps today of its joy.’

    We are never gonna get to take the worries of tomorrows trouble away today. It’s wise to see your problems, and then plan for a solution. Write it down and work towards it. Or else you will never stop worrying instead of enjoying the day we already have and take care of todays things. God gives us a fresh dose of grace each day and we can’t borrow tomorrows grace. It doesn’t work that way.

    Lastly Psychologists tell us that roughly 30 per cent of what we worry about never happens;
    nother 30 per cent has already happened;
    12 per cent is about unfounded health concerns, and an additional 20 per cent involves worrying about the little things.
    That leaves only eight per cent.!! 92 per cent of the time for no good reason at all,

    1. We all deserve to love ourselves. True self-acceptance is embracing the good, the bad, and the ugly parts. You can’t truly love till you love yourself.

  7. Beautiful post here Friend. Through the hustle and bustle of life and the desire to do everything, we end up wearing ourselves out. For stress, I recommend a few things. First, start by putting God first, and begin your day with a prayer to God and a heart for God. God is able to orchestrate several things and he can use divine assistance to make our day easier. Second, we need to treat our body like a temple. Energy giving foods are a great resource. Thirdly, we need to take little breaks every now and then to refresh.

    The most important of these is God. When things get tough, we can always reach out to him for help.
    The Bible says in Philippians 4:6
    “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God”.

    God says in Jeremiah 29:11
    “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future”.

    -All the best. May God bless you.
