Here are a few signs that someone is toxic. It may be subtle or camouflaged, but trust your gut. If they are doing any of the things below, it’s time to separate yourself from hem and their toxic energy :
- They try to control you by guilt tripping you.
- They are easily jealous.
- You dread seeing them.
- They try to intimidate your to get what they want.
- They think they are superior to everyone and expect to be treated this way.
- They pretend to care about you.
- Nothing you do for them gets returned.
