  1. Our bodies all have physical, mental, emotional and spiritual components. Each of them needs to be nurtured and cared for in order to us to be the healthiest e can in each of those areas. Neglecting one of them, often leads to problems manifesting themselves in one or more of the remaining areas.

    Great reminder to look after more than just the physical self.
