A good night sleep is really first step to lose weight

  2. a lot of people start each new year with the goal of losing weight but why is losing weight important to you? what is it that motivates you to lose weight and once you lose it, keep it off? one day in november 2015, i got up ate breakfast and went to get ready for work but my pants could not fit. i mean, they fit but there were tight. i DON’T wear tight pants/jeans. Not my style!! my waist is a 34 and i refused to go over that. I realized that my stomach was becoming a GUT!! I pledge to reduce my gut by the end of the year so i looked up simple exercises i could do to reduce my gut and pledge to do them every day. for me, to be successful, i had to write down my goal and linked it to a reason that was important to me. losing weight is a life style decision. i used a daily goal setting planner to help me accomplish my goal of reducing the size of my stomach. if anyone is interested in this planner, you can find it at http://www.gsworkbooks.com. using it has changed how i prepare for each daily and the tasks or goals i accomplish each day. empress2inspire, i like your post b/c sleep is important too along with eating late at night. I look forward to post 2 thru 4.

  5. It is based on the fact that if you do not sleep well you have to pick and choose as to what is important. Not just important but what is a worthy choice. Obviously going to work and making money is more important but you can still do both. Mind you I am a personal trainer for those of you do not know.
