Each day you can journey from your Alpha (it begins with you) to your Omega, which in the teachings of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, is the point within each of us where our inner spiritual nature meets our outer worldly nature.

It is with this thought I bring to you daily dose of affirmations for your mind and soul. An affirmation a day, keeps the therapist away!!! Here are your affirmation for today :

  • I’m learning to trust my intuition.
  • I honour myself and the decisions I make.
  • I choose to be kind to myself.
  • I only speak kindly to myself.
  • As I do what I love, money flows to me freely.
  • I am more than my body.
  • I give and receive love freely.
  • I am filled with gratitude for who I am.
  • I am courageous and speak my truth.
  • I am limitless.

You are a firework. Own it.

  2. Being kind to one’s self is so important. We must be kind to ourselves before being kind to others. That’s why we need to love ourselves as well. Nice post.

    1. Yes Sandy. You are right. Well for starters, being kind to yourself means not judging yourself harshly for not being perfect. It also means not holding yourself to impossibly high standards. And it means putting an end to comparing yourself to others and to beating yourself up for making a mistake, or for not being good enough at something.

    1. Yes. Yes. Yes. Kindness improves our quality of life in the workplace as well as in the community. It brings people together. Doing good for others feels good. Showing kindness to others is just as rewarding as receiving it from someone else.
