Some top executives believe you need to work on the weekends to be successful in today’s connected world. I believe our choices become our actions, our actions become our habits, and our habits become our character. I also believe that how you spend your time says everything about what’s important to you. Work-life balance is a myth. I don’t switch on and off between work and life; it all happens simultaneously. I don’t actively pursue working more or less. I work whatever amount of time is needed and take off whatever amount of time is needed. Differentiating between the week and the weekend is part of the problem with this conversation.
Working on weekends can be a drag but not if you have someone working with you. Watch this video some company.
Enjoy. A subscribe on my YouTube channel will be much appreciated.
