Self Love Practice Tip #90
In today’s post we will continue to talk about how to hush your inner critic. When we hear a thought inside our head, specially when the inner critic talks, we tend to believe it, we say that this is probably true so I should then believe it. Please note that this inner critic is a part of your subconscious and a lot of things in your subconscious has come from the outside sources. Sadly this inner critic maybe came to you when your family told you that you are not good enough, maybe your family told you as a child that you need to lose weight, that you are not pretty enough, or smart enough. It is because of their own inner critic and their own insecurities and then pushed out on to you and then your subconscious are formed and then your inner critic starts singing from the same hymn sheet and that these things are true. So this inner critic voice needs to be hushed and you can control this inner voice. That’s the wonderful part about it. We often think that this inner critic is a part of us and not something negative. Please know that this is just a part of your fearing the unknown. Understanding that and knowing that will help you identify this is what it is and you will know where this is coming from and that it needs to change. This is will help you achieve your goal without or less hassles.
