Self Love Practice Tip #96
In today’s post we will continue to talk about how to hush your inner critic. The point of these inner critic series was to tell you that you have to take away negative control from all those voices in your head because we are our own worse critic and we can also control that. I also want to say that I know that if you are having a really tough time controlling your thoughts and negativity, I would really recommend getting a mental health evaluation or therapy. It is nothing to be ashamed. But might have some kind of mental webs due to old patterns which you need to come out off. It could also be a hidden mental health issue which is keeping you from taking control of your thoughts. It can be scary so it is better to get help as soon a possible to identify the behavioural issues that you might have. It might be harder for some people and maybe they will get down and depressed and really hate themselves. That will take a lot more care and looking after. So definitely, don’t be afraid to do that. You are in charge of your life and how you interpret confidence. When we go after something that is important to us and it involves taking risks, it is scary because it is the fear of the known. But another mantra is to do your best regardless of whatever happens to you. I feel like we underestimate ourselves all the time on how strong we are emotionally and physically to handle so much that comes our way. Even the most toughest situations, we are built to handle it and survive. So remember that always. You are in control of your thoughts and you can take control away from your negative voice and making yourself into more of positive thinking.
