Self Love Practice Tip #72
In today’s post we will continue to discuss about self doubt. I am here to first tell you that you are not worthless, you are a special being capable of love and light. I will also tell you that you have the right to feel hurt and angry in whatever situation you are in. One of the worst things anyone can tell you when you feel hurt is to forget about it and move on. It is healthy to feel your feelings so you can deal with them right there and then, that’s the part of being self aware. So if you can’t do that you will only going to bee masking those feelings but they are going to be there. Ofcourse we don’t want to stay in those negative feelings forever, that is not healthy but you must acknowledge hurt because that matters. You can’t let it keep on gnawing at you. So that is why we all need few anchors which will help us come out of those deep waters, specially on days when we have to rise up and shine. No matter how famous, rich, beautiful you are, if you are dealing with demons or have mental health issues, none of what you have matters. That’s not fair. Rise above it.
