Here’s how to stick to your goals even when you have no motivation :
- The truth about motivation. Have you ever known anyone to always be motivated? At one point or another everyone faces the tough decision to either do the right thing or fall back into their bad habits. Motivation will get you started but its self discipline that gets you to the finish line.
- Define your thought process. Write down the goal you want to achieve. Then write the top 3 reason why you don’t achieve this goal. Most likely your reasons are negative on why you can’t do it. Start by changing your thought process to be positive about your goal. Each day you succeed you will grow stronger towards achieving your goal.
- Where do you go from here. You don’t have to spend money or read a bunch of books on how to be successful. It’s all in your thought process and building the discipline to make the right choice when you have no motivation too.
Developing habits are not an overnight success. It takes hard work, determination, and self discipline to achieve your goals. The question is do you want it bad enough to make it happen? I’ve been one of those people that has searched for years ways to be a better me but I’ve always fallen short. It’s not because my goal was unrealistic it’s that I wasn’t willing to do what it took to achieve my goals.
