We all get busy with our lives and sometimes it leaves us less or no time to take time for ourselves, be with ourselves, wash off all the negativity that we accumulated during the day with self love, meditation, etc. The daily boost will be in an easy to understand and more importantly something which is relatable. Self Love Practice Tip #6
The company that you keep around which includes your friends, your family, your significant other tell you are lot about whether you love yourself. If people in your close circle are nourishing your spirit and they don’t leave you feel less than, or feeling badly about yourself or unworthy, this means that you are ready to let people go if they are not for you. This is a sign of self love. Ofcourse some of the relationships in our lives are important to us, specially with our friends and family but if these people do not make you feel good about yourself, then it is time to start creating some healthy boundaries for your own mental health. You don’t need negativity around you, because eventually you are going to adapt those same thought patterns and beliefs that negative people around you have. That’s not self love. So know whom to keep and whom to create distance from.
