In today’s post we will continue on our journey on how to clear out the learned behaviours in our minds to step ahead on the path of self love and make us love the wrong people sometimes. A common thing that we all tend to do is be hung up on what we don’t have. The same thing with being in love. First you have to write down all the feelings you want to feel, what is it like being in love. Do you want to love and give with all your heart. Do you want to be loved and appreciated. Write all those feelings that you imagined being in a relationship would feel like. And then you move on to the “be” feelings which means what do I have to be in order to achieve the love and appreciate I desire. You got to be love, you got to exude love from your heart, you got to talk to people and make them feel loved. You got to do things that will make you love yourself. That’s where it al starts, when you start with “be”. You need to be love with yourself before you can go out on dates, before you can have the partner. It first starts with you.
