Welcome to the Daily Dose of Self Love. This series will be about self love, self care, self esteem and self worth. Basically everything related with SELF. My aim with this series is to give you a daily boost of self love and self care. We all get busy with our lives and sometimes it leaves us less or no time to take time for ourselves, be with ourselves, wash off all the negativity that we accumulated during the day with self love, meditation, etc. The daily boost will be in an easy to understand and more importantly something which is relatable. Self Love Practice Tip #19
When we talk about self love, we talk about it like a thing which we don’t have and we need to have before we can do the things that we want to do and then we can feel the feelings, what is feels like to have self love, to feel confident, and to feel happy, to feel joyous, to feel comfortable. In reality it starts with being confident. Once you write down a powerful “I am” statement like “I am confident”. Once you decide that guess what’s going to happen, you are going to start doing the things that confident people do. You will start doing things that are done by people whom you admire or you look upto. So what do confident people do? They wake up in the morning and they some kind of self care routine, maybe they shower, they have breakfast, they do their hair, they meditate before starting to work, listen to a motivating podcast etc. Then they go out there and talk with confidence, they are probably so present in conversation that it makes them seem like they are a sure person who understand and knows how to respond. So show up to other people because a lot of what confidence has to do with is how we connect with others.
