Welcome to the Daily Dose of Self Love. This series will be about self love, self care, self esteem and self worth. Basically everything related with SELF. My aim with this series is to give you a daily boost of self love and self care. We all get busy with our lives and sometimes it leaves us less or no time to take time for ourselves, be with ourselves, wash off all the negativity that we accumulated during the day with self love, meditation, etc. The daily boost will be in an easy to understand and more importantly something which is relatable. So Welcome!!
Self Love Practice Tip #40
In todayβs post we will continue our talk on learning to embrace pictures taken of you. Take multiple picture shots at the same time. Use the “Burst Mode” or the “continuous shooting mode”. If you want to take good pictures, try to take more than one shot and then choose the ones you like. Obviously there will be some you will not like because of lighting or the pose or the pout?! At least it will help you overcome the defeated feeling you get when you take one photo and it does not come out right. If you ever take selfies, you know that you take not one but a lot and you choose the one you like. When we are taking pictures with families or friends, there is usually one photo that is taken and it may not be the best one you want or have. Don’t feel bad if you do not come out looking too fabulous. We all have those photos and it just makes us human. You can’t have a photo op every time you are with your family, however depending upon how rich you are or who your friends are, you may. But don’t feel bad.
Hope this helped. Come back tomorrow because I will share tips on how to embrace your photos. For more inspiration, tap here > https://empress2inspire.blog/2021/02/08/daily-dose-of-self-love-39/
