Self Love Practice Tip #75
In today’s post we will continue to discuss about self doubt. Just like if you are in a bad relationship, you know your should leave it but you get afraid of change specially if you live with that person, married, kids, I mean you will have to change your whole life right so that’s scary and anyone would be like “I don’t know what’s gonna happen?”. Also we think if ever I have to meet someone, who am I gonna meet. These fears start attacking you and it starts to give you that self doubt, “No maybe I shouldn’t leave this situation”, like I said we want to revert back to the old situation even if its negative due to the fear of the unknown. Just be aware of this pattern. It doesn’t mean that you are not good enough. It doesn’t mean that you have to look a certain way. It just means that you are afraid of the unknown. So journaling is a great way to get out of those emotions and to get out what you are feeling on paper.
