Welcome to the Daily Dose of Self Love. This series will be about self love, self care, self esteem and self worth. Basically everything related with SELF. My aim with this series is to give you a daily boost of self love and self care. We all get busy with our lives and sometimes it leaves us less or no time to take time for ourselves, be with ourselves, wash off all the negativity that we accumulated during the day with self love, meditation, etc. The daily boost will be in an easy to understand and more importantly something which is relatable. So Welcome!!

Self Love Practice Tip #78

In today’s post we will continue to discuss about self doubt. Another tip to get over self doubt is to be kind and grateful. Remember a time when you or someone you know did something kind, remember when someone helped you and how it made you feel. Did you feel grateful? Did you feel happy? Perked up? Again remember that you and other humans were born to be kind and loving. No one can take that kindness and love that you can give. So if people have hurt you or give up on you, just remember that sometimes people don’t know how to handle your feelings or their feelings so they can’t be the ones who can pick you up. Sometimes there are people who put you down and they don’t know how to handle certain situations and they only know how to handle it negatively or maybe they want to let themselves look good. Remember hurt people, hurt people. If you know what I am saying. So the worst thing for you to do is hurt others. Because that is not who you are naturally. Remember you are better than that and be grateful for good things in your life and for people who love you unconditionally. Take times to do things that are giving and kind and they will fill your heart back up. So volunteer and do random acts of kindness. Smile. Pour back into the world, instead of hate that you were given.

      Thank you Srujani. Take action. Thinking creates and magnifies fear. Then we sit in a period of ruminating these fears through our thoughts which creates self-doubt and fear. One of the best ways to get over this is to immediately take action before you have a chance to talk yourself out of it.

      Thank you Preeti. Glad you liked the post. Two of the biggest obstacles that stagnate us from reaching our next level of success are fear and self-doubt. We all have moments in our lives that this overcomes us. Regardless of where you fall on the fear/self-doubt spectrum, there are many things you can do to rise above these emotions and unstick so you can get to those higher levels of peak performance, productivity and overall happiness.
