Dear Stranger

I don’t know what struggles you are facing at this point in your life, but I wanted to remind you that you are strong enough to surpass them. I want to remind you that every person faces challenges, and that is up to you to decide how to overcome them. You always have 2 options one is to pity yourself and the other is to learn from it and to grow stronger. Please choose the second option because I know you can do it. I know you are loved. I know you are blessed to have the friends and family that you do. I know you have a heart of gold. And I know the best days of your life are yet to come. Do not let these struggles bring you down. Do not let them trickle tears down your face. Do not let them win. You can and you will get through these hardships. I know you can. Because, stronger, although I don’t know you, I know that there is someone is this world who lives to see you smile. There is someone in this world who sees beauty in every flow of yours. You’ll meet that someone some day, but you’ll only meet them if you choose to smile, because that’s the smile that will win their heart. God made you and therefore you are beautiful. Don’t let anyone tell you differently. And remember that “life is about the moments that take your breath away, not thee number of breaths you take”. Life is short, so smile as much as you can. I love you. I love you. I love you.

Sincerely Yours

  1. Life gets a tad more complicated as one ages and suffers ailments of ageing. I sometimes admit to feeling a smidgeon sorry for myself. (Guilty) But somehow carry on. Duodenal ulcer, bladder cancer, mechanical heart valve replacement, arthritis, Peripheral neuropathy, then a stroke… It got better… now I have cataracts, glaucoma and saccades in both eyes. That sounds grumpy, but it’s meant to show you that reading your blog, can inspire. It has me. Bless you!
