  • Declutter your home – Get rid of the things you don’t need, make more space and it’s easier to keep clean and tidy.
  • Say no and own it – Be firm in saying no to things that aren’t important to you.
  • Your clothes – Only keep things that you love and make you feel good.
  • Paper clutter – Sort through it often, set up a filing system and shred the rest.
  • Keep your home tidy – Put things away regularly throughout the day. Encourage your kids to help with tidying up.
  • Your time – Find ways to be more productive and efficient, don’t waste time on things that don’t matter. Be intentional about how your spend your day.
  • Your finances – May your monthly income and outgoings, plan to save more.
  • Your evenings – Prepare for the next day and find time to unwind and relax before bed.
  • Your mornings – Create a morning routine that sets you up for the day ahead.
  • Your health & fitness – Find simple, realistic ways to incorporate healthy eating and exercise into your day.
  • Declutter your mind – Do a brain dump to get your thoughts down on paper. Get clarity and develop actions points.
  • Relationships – Invest your time and energy on those that count.
  • Your self care – Put yourself first every now and then. You’re important.
  • Get organised – Cut the stress, stop winging it. Plan and prepare.
  • Chores & housework – Establish simple routines to keep your home clean, little and often. Set up a rota and delegate if you can.
  • Your daily routines – Find ways to do things you need to do as well as what you WANT to do by creating a flexible daily routine to keep you on track.
  • Your clutter – Not just physical clutter but clutter in all its shapes and forms.
  • Your expectations – Be realistic and focus on your priorities.
  • Ditch things that bring you down – Get intentional about making your life count.

If you are doing even some of them, you are living a good life. Don’t be too hard on yourself.
