  • Mental or physical fatigue. You will find yourself suddenly lacking energy. This affects your motivation for activities, social events or work.
  • You can’t concentrate & a sense of uncertainty appears. The includes having a hard time making decisions or any action which requires focus.
  • You have headaches or other discomfort for no physical reasons. Physical stressors contribute to mental overwhelm creating a cycle.
  • Every little thing starts to irritate you.
  • You start obsessing over small things. This is because overwhelm feels like losing control. It’s common to cast about anything you can control.
