It’s normal to be confused when life becomes stressful. Your brain can only process so much information before shutting down from overload. When this happens, you may engage in self-defeating behaviours, such as avoiding activities that you know you should do.

Recognising when life has become too much is a critical ability. It’s critical to recognise that feeling overwhelmed is entirely natural. It is typical to have many ambitions and engage in diverse activities that help you survive and thrive. However, prioritising and focussing on what is most important is necessary.

You must learn to make space in your life when things become overwhelming. Give yourself permission to completely experience your feelings and feel them. If you conceal these emotions, they will persist within you and may eventually result in a huge emotional outburst. They can spin out of control if they are not released.

It’s vital to realise that emotions of overwhelm will fade. They are mostly present in your thoughts. Finding answers is the greatest method to alleviate these emotions. Make a list of your issues and devise a strategy to solve each one. Then, one by one, take them on.

When you’re feeling overwhelmed, you should learn to trust yourself. Believe in your own abilities to get through difficult situations. Remember that you have conquered challenges before, and you can do so again. This is essential to remember.

If life becomes too overwhelming, do not be afraid to seek assistance. Seeking aid demonstrates strength rather than weakness. Reaching out allows you to lessen some of your responsibilities. It is also an expression of self-love and care.

When everything feels too much, the world may be telling you to calm down and reevaluate your life. Feeling overwhelmed is a totally natural sensation. Use it as a gentle reminder to save your energy so you may keep giving to the planet.

Even when confronted with overwhelming circumstances, believe that all will work out in the end.

You are going to be okay. Everything works out in the end.

    I know it all works out. The past comes back in waves as you age. How i manage it is key. It’s a battle of not feeling free from bad choices that hurt. It is one day at a time.
