Each day you can journey from your Alpha (it begins with you) to your Omega, which in the teachings of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, is the point within each of us where our inner spiritual nature meets our outer worldly nature.

I truly believe that developing an attitude of gratitude is beneficial to our health and well-being.
Recently I may not have come across as being grateful for many things but actually I am truly grateful for all that life has offered me and the opportunities it has presented me with. 😊❤️

Ah yes the attitude of gratitude is very powerful. In positive psychology research, gratitude is strongly and consistently associated with greater happiness. Gratitude helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their health, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships. People feel and express gratitude in multiple ways.
