Aromatherapy for the Stomach Chakra
Regulate your behaviour and outlook towards yourself by using essential oil to keep your Stomach Chakra in balance.
The Stomach Chakra is connected to your emotional behaviour in relation to other people; on the physical level it governs digestion. When the stomach chakra is blocked it can lead to problems with lethargy, low self esteem and emotional misery, as well as digestive problems, when over active it can result in controlling, self centered and angry behaviour.
Improve your view of yourself – Spicy oils work on the stomach chakra to stimulate it when blocked or under active; floral oils antidote it when it is too open or over-active. Both help you feel more positive about yourself. If the Chakra is over active, massage is not a good idea; in such instances a bath with oils, a warm compress or steam inhalation is preferable. To stimulate the Chakra, inhalation is the best approach, so techniques like steam inhalation, vaporisers or drops of oil on a handkerchief are preferable.
A steam inhalation is helpful for either an over or an under active Chakra.
