Each day you can journey from your Alpha (it begins with you) to your Omega, which in the teachings of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, is the point within each of us where our inner spiritual nature meets our outer worldly nature.

It is with this thought I bring to you daily dose of affirmations for your mind and soul. An affirmation a day, keeps the therapist away!!! Here are your affirmation for today :

  • I am working on being more mindful.
  • I am ready for mature love.
  • This discomfort is temporary.
  • I am unstoppable.
  • I am surrounded by love.

Be proud of who you are.

    1. When you do affirmations, you are teaching your brain a new way to think about the world. This changes what your brain processes on your behalf, leading you to see different things and have different thoughts, until the landscape changes so much that you get what it is you affirmed.

  2. Thanks for the positive affirmations.

Would request you to consider just one affirmation, instead of 5 in one go.

So that it gets impressed in the mind effectively.

    1. Glad you liked them Kinge. Affirmations are positive statements that you should say to yourself in the morning (and in front of a mirror if you can), that can help you to feel motivated and reshape your limiting beliefs. Affirmations are a key factor when using the Law of Attraction and manifesting your dream life!

    1. Self-affirmation theory posits that people are motivated to maintain a positive self-view and that threats to perceived self-competence are met with resistance. When threatened, self-affirmations can restore self-competence by allowing individuals to reflect on sources of self-worth, such as core values.
