Herbs for Muscle Pull Part 3
Pulling your muscles is always an unpleasant business, but the healing process can be turned into a treat with some of the herbal remedies below.
Herbal Remedy Bath Sachet
An excellent way to calm your mind and body is to put together some homemade bath sachets. You can create blends or use a single herb, either way you’ll be helping to ease your sore muscles.
You will need :
- Dried rosemary
- Dried chamomile
- Dried lavender
- 3 muslin clothes
- A selection of coloured ribbons
- Take a handful each of the dried rosemary, chamomile and lavender, and mix together, in a large container.
- Divide the mixture between three circles of cloth and tie each with a ribbon.
- Hang a sachet below the hot tap as the bath runs, using a fresh sachet each day for three days.
Decorate your bath sachets with different shades of ribbon and keep them on display.
