Self care has become extremely trendy, there are so many books and blogs out there on this topic. What is extremely important to do is to discover what self care means for us. For you self care might be a warm bath, listening to music or hates these two. So think about what makes you feel good. What makes you taken care of. What makes you feel loved essentially and it really is about making yourself feel worthy. Somebody that is worth taking care of. Somebody that deserves to take that action to feel better, to feel loved. Someone that deserves that healthy meal. Somebody that deserves to keep their phone off and takes the weekend off. So its really about self worth when it comes to self care.
