Happiness has to be understood? Sadly, Yes. We all want to be happy, and there are plenty of people telling us how it can be achieved. The positive psychology movement, indeed, has established happiness as a scientific concept within everyone’s grasp. But is happiness really something we can actively aim for, or is it simply a by-product of how we live our lives more widely?

In this series of post we will look at some expressions and actions of happiness :

  • Smiling.
  • Having a bright, glowing face.
  • Being bouncy or bubbly.
  • Communicating your good feelings.
  • Sharing the feeling.
  • Silliness.
  • Hugging people.
  • Jumping up and down.
  • Saying positive things.
  • Using an enthusiastic or excited voice.
  • Being talkative or talking a lot

  3. Finding happiness is finding peace. Finding peace creates the desire to share the happiness there by creating the very things you mentioned. We feel them, we enjoy the feeling, we want to share so others can feel their own happiness and then share. Creating this wonderful outpouring, growing pandemic of happiness and peace over fear.

    1. Everything about modern society feels like an obstacle to experiencing peace of mind. But there are ways to find and maintain inner peace. If you are working 8 hours everyday, 5 days a week, you need to find balance and keep your sanity intact. Inner peace is a choice, and many of your habits determine how much peace you experience in your daily life. Balance is not only a thing you must achieve but should become a lifestyle.
