Chakra Healing

Welcome fellow souls to «The Human Family Crash Course Series», a project collaborated by and Together we will be working on a different topic for each crash course; our eleventh topic is focused on «Healing». The root cause of illnesses both Physical as well as Mental are the energy blockages in the Chakras located in the human body, which are seven in number. THE SEVEN CHAKRAS correspond to the Glands located in that part of the body. The Chakras are the storehouses of energy in the human body, which enable the smooth functioning of the corresponding body parts.

Diseases and illnesses are caused as a result of the accumulation of excess energy or lack of energy as a result of malfunction of the Chakras.

Thoughts are energy and energy is never destroyed. Negative or harmful thoughts lead to accumulation and blockages in the energy, which affects the particular Chakra. For example if you have experienced strong sexual thoughts like unfulTlled desire or the lack of sexual activity, this could lead to excess energy Uowing to the Muladhara or Root Chakra located below the spinal cord between the spinal cord and anus.Likewise any other negative thoughts and memories about sex, like abuse could lead to lack of energy Uowing to this particular Chakra.

Either excess or less energy in the Muladhara adversely affects Health. This could be excessive desire or lack of desire, impotency or frigidity. This can be rectiTed by the smooth functioning of this Chakra. The excess energy can be released or fresh energy can be sucked in. The easiest way of cleaning the Chakra, if you are suffering from physiological or physical diseases relating to Sexual problems or for that matter any other physical or mental problems is given below. I have mentioned Sexual problems just as an example.

1] The best time to practice this is when going to bed, you know that this is the time when you are the least likely to be disturbed. This should be done ideally at least one hour after dinner.

2] Lie comfortably on the bed, though lying on the back is recommended, you can sleep in the position you feel most comfortable in.

3] Take a few deep breaths and relax your body. Feel that you are at the optimum comfort level.

4] Try not to think of what you are trying or attempting to achieve, this is important, you know very well what you are trying, so why waste energy by thinking of it.

5] Feel that like your body, your mind has become relaxed and free.

6] Without attempting anything just observe the thoughts, which come into your mind.

7] Your subconscious mind knows what you want to achieve, so let the thoughts come on their own and disappear.

8] As you start sinking deeper and deeper into the deepest areas of your subconscious, you will feel stronger and stronger thoughts emerging, remember that these thoughts are the energy stored in the Chakras.

9] Just observe the thoughts like an observer. Do not try to change them or hide from them, this is most important you must, without being affected, observe the strongest thoughts like an observer and do absolutely nothing.

10] Remember it is the deepest and strongest thoughts, which are the energy that is affecting you.

11] When you just observe the energy without being in any way affected you are releasing that energy from the body part.

12] When you release that energy or clear the blockage, which is stopping energy from Flowing into that part, then you free your mind and body of what is troubling you.
