Dear Whoever

The best view comes after the hardest climb. Many times when God isn’t changing your circumstances, it’s because he’s mostly concerned with changing you within the circumstance. We are all a little broken, but that’s how the light gets in. The soul inside me is stronger than the darkness that tries to overtake me. Sometimes the best thing you can do is not think, not wonder, not imagine, not obsess. Just breathe, and have faith that everything will work our for the best. It may take a while, my darling. You are allowed to scream, you’re allowed to cry, but don’t give up. No matter the situation, never let your emotions overpower your intelligence. Life is tough but so are you. Sometimes it takes an overwhelming breakdown to have an undeniable breakthrough. Whenever you find yourself doubting how far you can go, just remember how far you’ve come. Remember everything you have faced, all the barrels you have own, and all the fears you have overcome. An arrow can only be shit by pulling backward. So when life is dragging you back with difficulties, it means that it’s going to launch you into something great. So just focus and keep aiming. Take a deep breath. it’s just a bad day, not a bad life. So far you’ve survived 100% of your worst days. You’re doing great. Don’t dig up in doubt what you planted in faith. Soon, when all is well, you’re going to look back on this period of your life and be so glad that you never gave up. How cool is it that the same God who cerated mountains and oceans and galaxies looked at you and thought the world needed one of you too. You are worthy.

Taking care of yourself is the pathway to fulfillment and to high performance in work and in life. And, just as importantly, it’s a gift to others. When your needs are met and you feel good about yourself, it’s easier to elevate the needs of other people in front of your own.

Most welcome Becky. I am glad you found the post. Take care of yourself first, then you are able to help others. You can’t help anyone or sustain help to anyone else if you have nothing to give

Your words are sitting with me, indeed I have finally realised this very truth….taking care of me first before anyone else. I am finally here and understand the assignment. Your words encourage me greatly, thank you ❀
