Breathe. Its okay. You’re going to be okay. Just breathe. Breath and remind yourself of all the times in the past that you’ve felt this scared. All the times you’ve felt this anxious and this overwhelmed. All the times you’ve felt this level of pain. And remind yourself of how each time you made it through. Life has thrown so much at you, and despite how difficult things have been, you’ve survived. Breathe and trust that you can survive this too. Trust this struggle is part of the process. And trust that as long as you don’t give up and see pushing forward, no matter how hopeless things seem….you will make it.

  1. Oh yes.
I learned to tell myself while breathing: This is a moment of suffering. Be kind. To others. To myself.

  3. Breathe, pause and hear just how hard your heart works for you.
With every beat it speaks just how much it believes in you..
Breathe, oxygen is an indirect friend to your heart

    1. Taking control of your breath helps you to interrupt and redirect the flow of your emotions. The increased self-awareness associated with the practice of breathwork also helps to release tension and trauma stored in the body. Practicing deep breathing techniques regularly can actually help boost your immune system.

  4. I agree! We sometimes face our own nearly insurmountable moments. Just keep breathing.
