Letting Go

Let go of the worry that does not serve you. Take a minute to breathe. Inhale, allowing air to fill your lungs.

Exhale, and, as you do, release every stress and worry and fear that is plaguing your mind. Let go of every thought that does not serve you and surrender to peace.

Even if you cannot see it right now, everything is going to work out. It always does.

The goodness of life will not abandon you in this place, leaving you alone to shoulder the weight you carry. Goodness is with you, ever present, ready to replace the heaviness you feel with grace and peace.

So, surrender.
