Daily Dose of Affirmation

Each day you can journey from your Alpha (it begins with you) to your Omega, which in the teachings of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, is the point within each of us where our inner spiritual nature meets our outer worldly nature.

It is with this thought I bring to you daily dose of affirmations for your mind and soul. An affirmation a day, keeps the therapist away!!! Here are your affirmation for today :

  • I have the power to make an impact in the world.
  • I am a trustworthy friend who shows up.
  • I am grateful to wake up healthy and whole today.
  • I give myself the care and attention I need to thrive.
  • I love my body and everything it is capable of doing.

Have a great day ahead.

  3. Aww thank you you’ve restored my faith in affirmations!!
I couldn’t get on board with the ones I’ve always found when I tried delving into the world of affirmations but these are absolutely on point and meaningful. Now I’ve got to go read some more of your wisdom, thank you so much for sharing!!

Yayyy I am so glad you liked the affirmations. Like anything else, positive affirmations take work. If you’re not used to saying them and don’t do so on a regular basis, they probably won’t make much of a difference in a moment of need. β€œIf we want to start to make less room for the negative thoughts, we have to intentionally practice positive thoughts

      1. I actually did a complete overhaul on my thinking a few years ago and consciously turned any negative thought to a positive or worthwhile one/idea and it eventually-after a lot of practice and backsliding and starting again-became second nature for me to not allow negative or judgmental thinking into my headspace. These would have definitely helped that process for exactly the reason in that quote so now they are going to help me with motivation and purpose. So awesome! Thanks again!!
