Dark Truths

Get comfortable with the uncomfortable! Life is an ongoing cycle on waves with both highs and lows – embrace it all. Come what may.

Here are some dark truths about life that might cheer you up :

  • Life is a process of replacing one anxiety with another.
  • There won’t ever be a better time to start. You’ll never be truly ready for something new and unfamiliar. Don’t let that be the reason you don’t start.
  • Making the wrong decision is better than making no decision at all.
  • There is no such thing as a work-life balance. Anything compelling always unbalances your life.
  • You can’t be perfect, you’re only human. Holding yourself to unrealistic standards will only create suffering.
  • We should consider ourselves incredibly lucky if we find three friends worthy of the title in our lifetime.
  • We can only love people on the basis that we don’t know too much about exactly what goes on in their minds.
