Manifestation Tips

Manifestation has recently become a buzzword. Though it’s fantastic that the law of attraction is now popular, it can be a little misleading for those who are unwilling to do the heavy lifting.

I’ve noticed that many people approach manifestation from the perspective of “How can I get something to feel better?” Instead, ask yourself, “How can I feel better and thus be a more energetic match for attracting more greatness into my life?” The emphasis should be on healing the internal condition rather than getting a hot new car or boyfriend.

Here are some manifestation tips you can use :

  • Stick to something – Yea, the is very important, stick to something for at least some time, it can be a technique, it can be a routine, it can be a certain coach or a set of teachings, stick to it, constant change comes from a place where you think what you are doing is not enough.
  • Application – Application, application, application. No matter what you try, no matter what method. Reading and thinking about it will not get you anything, only more anger and frustration, but application is the only way to results.
  • Stop looking for shortcuts – Stop looking for a magical technique, a magical method, a magical cure to your situations. To get what you want you have to b the person who has it, to do that is not always easy, but always, always worth it.
  • Change comes from within – This means that the change that you are looking for will always come from within, it will alway start with you, it will always be about you. It will not be about manipulation, it will not com from chasing, it will only change when you change.
  • Looking at long term solution rather than short term satisfaction – A very important element to realise, implementation of this will ensure the manifestation is sustainable and long term, rather than back and forth and hot and cold.

  1. I would add Consistency. Be consistent in your routines, habits, and attitudes. Leave a little room for spontaneity, although, that can be consistent part of routines and habits. Many struggle with the discipline of consistency, and many admire those who are reliable.

    • Yes, Maintaining a desirable vibration will consistently create desirable experiences. An inconsistent vibration will create inconsistent results. This information is very important and very valuable, because it can help you obtain more impressive results when applying the law of attraction to your life.


    • Most welcome. There are many important elements of attracting your desires… but the #1 key to manifesting is to cultivate the energy of what you want to experience. Cultivating the energy of what you want is crucial because manifesting happens on the level of energy.

  2. I normally stick to one thing but if you think about it…. That one thing gets you stuck and your mind doesnt evolve… Like example.. when you have great times like me outside and clearly close to trees, it inspires me so much about so many things in life.. its like a light bulb going on instantly inside my mind… I dont know why but im sooo attracted to trees especially tree of life … Sometimes excepting yourself brings out the most inside you, no matter if your around negative people or people who brings you down in life.. every morning when i wake up, I wake up with an smile coz I know ill spend my day journey where my mind fill with new ideas and inspirations…. hope this makes sense to you sorry im a bit tierd today feeling a flue on the way… have a blessed and wonderful evening… I like reading your articles, shows me im not the only one who loves certain things in life…. Be yourself and go for the things you love and the writting will come along as an bonus even if your sad, your mind runs around alot of words…. some people express those words better than others… unlike me, im still new at this but manifesting are a bit hard especially when your thinking about alot of things at the same time

    • Trees help us feel less stressed and more restored. Probably the most well-researched benefit of nature exposure is that it seems to help decrease our stress, rumination, and anxiety.
