Be aware of low energy. Recall that everything, which includes your thoughts, has one energy frequency that can be calibrated to determine whether it will strengthen or weaken you. When you find yourself either thinking in low energy ways, or immersed in low, weakening energy, resolve to bring to higher vibration to the presence of that debilitating situation.
View obstacles as opportunities to circulate the power of your unbending intent. Unbending means just what it says, I intend to stay connected to my Source and thereby gain the power of my Source. I need to keep learning how to detach myself from circumstances. Every time I find myself drifting I stop and focus on the present moment. Any more tips on this calibration? I raise my vibration by swtiching to positivity but sometimes the pressure feels overwhelming and focusing an impossible task.

Ask yourself why. Ask yourself why now. Ask yourself what. Ask yourself how. Ask yourself when. It’s hard to do something without a concrete reason why you’re doing it in the first place. Establish a strong reason that you can depend on as you go deeper into the road of detachment. This reason must be enough to make you decide to detach fully, and that reason will help you through every day that you are slowly detaching yourself.
It should be progressive. A one- time big time reason won’t last and so would you. This reason should make you find yourself even during the times that all hope is lost. The reason for detachment usually is connected directly to the person/ thing of attachment. Find the root cause and start looking at how it affects you, the people around you. Look around you, look at yourself. Detach yourself when you know you’re losing it.

I have been trying detachment..
And have been hypocritically detached
Only recently I am able to realise that I am truly maybe becoming less reactive.. say a small percent.. there’s a long way to go…

Letting the things that you feel passionate about dictate your mood, your energy levels and your overall enthusiasm towards life is not a very healthy approach as you are relying over something external, something that is not entirely under your control to dictate your life.
The only difference between people who collapse after failure/loss and those who dust themselves off and start again quickly is that the latter know and practice the art of detachment.
