We all get busy with our lives and sometimes it leaves us less or no time to take time for ourselves, be with ourselves, wash off all the negativity that we accumulated during the day with self love, meditation, etc. The daily boost will be in an easy to understand and more importantly something which is relatable. Self Love Practice Tip #57
Today we will continue to talk about intuitive eating. I have only been acquainted with intuitive eating for a little over a year now, started practising it for a couple of months now and honestly I feel so much stress free and guilt free. I see eating as a normal function now. Moreover I also feel satisfied when I eat what I want. I know that there is a fear that a lot of people have which binging where you eat what you want, you picture yourself eating a dozen of doughnuts or going crazy eating a few cheese burgers. But when you finally let go of the guilt because you don’t label food good or bad, you don’t feel like you need to binge. Everyone is different so when you start intuitive eating, you might binge a little bit because you have this new found freedom for eating when you are hungry and eating whatever is around. That’s okay, just listen to your body. For me, I did indulge in few doughnuts because I have held myself back for a long period of time. But when I eat now, it doesn’t feel that amazing because I am no longer restricting myself from eating it. You get the point? You crave things you stop yourself from eating. It’s basic psychology. Things looks amazing when you can’t have them.
