Oils for your Sacral Chakra Part 4

When the Sacral Chakra is out of balance there are a variety of ways in which you can restore its equilibrium, before your behaviour gets out of hand.

Sacral Chakra Recipes

Strengthen your self esteem or receive sexual anxiety with blends for the Sacral Chakra

Low self esteem blend
– 12 drops petitgrain
– 6 drops benzoin
– 2 drops rose
– 70ml hazelnut oil

Low self esteem compress
– 2 drops juniper
– 2 drops benzoin
– 1 drop jasmine
– A bowl of warm water

Sexual tension blend
– 5 drops ylang ylang
– 5 drops sandalwood
– 5 drops rose oil
– 55ml of grapeseed oil

Pulse point blend
– 3 drops lemon
– 3 drops orange
– 4 drops petitgrain
– 35ml aloe vera oil

Apply this final blend to the pulse points to antidote a domineering attitude.

Citrus oils are good for uplifting the Sacral Chakra.

  2. Essential oils are my favorite! I just out of surgery Monday and felt so nauseous. The nurse gave my peppermint and it helped right away. I’ve been using it at home too. It’s so nice to know hospitals are using oils now also.

    1. Peppermint is just great. Peppermint oil is promoted for topical use (applied to the skin) for problems like headache, muscle aches, joint pain, and itching. In aromatherapy, peppermint oil is promoted for treating coughs and colds, reducing pain, improving mental function, and reducing stress.
