Self Love Practice Tip #80
In today’s post we will continue to discuss about self doubt. Do affirmations for self love and body image everyday. Take a deep breath and say just one positive statement to yourself. That’s it. Don’t try to feel too much and it is not a ritual, these affirmations which requires quiet time and essential oils. The purpose of affirmations is to get into positive thought patterns. They definitely are game changers. Another thing you can do to eliminate self doubt is create accountability and don’t give up. You are the master of your own life. You can climb out of this self doubt hole which you are in. Become self aware and accept the things that you need to change that are unhealthy and that hold you back. Go back to your goals, write them down and create a different plan if something didn’t work out. If you are struggling with a relationship, own the things that you can change and ask your partner to go to counselling to work on things and so that you have a third party to hold you accountable and fix things. Some people can be accountable on their own and some others need someone else to help them be accountable. So find that outlet which you can trust to hold you accountable.
