Do This For 50 Days

In life sometimes we fail and then we try again and again, keep on improving ourselves and then we succeed. But if we accept that we are never going to succeed, we will never be able to.

Here are a few things you can do for next 50 days to create a remarkable difference in your life :

  • Sleep 7+ hours
  • Morning routine/ 1 hour no distractions no phone.
  • Exercise for 1 hour a day
  • Read 10 pages a day
  • Dedicate 1 hour towards a new skill.
  • Follow a healthy diet.
  • Meditate at least 10 minutes before going to bed.
  • Track your daily progress in a journal
