  2. I do more than half of the things on your list. I’m extremely introverted, I barely take naps, I love candy and soda, I have a desk job so I’m always around a computer screen, I blast my headphones. I’m screwed. I’ll try my best to cut back on at least one habit, consuming too much sugar.

  4. Social isolation is the only one I see on the list that applies to me, the writer. Like everything else, creating a calm, creative and energized mind takes work. Yoga, meditation and the writing, which is really an exercise in creating and sustaining mental focus, are what I use. Thanks!
