Aromatherapy Meditations Part 3
Try the following meditations in combination with the suggested aromatherapy blends and discover how the oils can enhance your meditative experience.
Breath Meditation
Breath meditations are a very good way to calm your body and mind, and help you stay relaxed and aware. By controlling your breathing, you can stimulate your energy levels, by taking in more oxygen and helping your body to release its unwanted toxins much more quickly. To really get the most from breath meditation you should not eat or drink at least half an hour beforehand and put the oils on the burner at least give minutes before you start, so the room is already starting to be fragranced when you begin to meditate.
- Put two drops each of lavender, lemon and bergamot oils into the water on your oil burner for a blend that will stimulate your breathing meditation and help you keep your focus when breathing deeply.
This blend of oils will enable you to quieten your mind by helping you to stay focused on your breathing.

Yes, I am, where I live we are having a second ‘spike’ and I am staying home again. We are not allowed to visit each other’s houses, just to go out for essentials. It seems to be spreading amongst children and young people who thankfully seem to have a milder version of Coronavirus, so we are seeing lots of people recovering although the death rate has risen slightly. I try to remain positive and reading your blog helps me do this, so thank you, dear Garima, thank you. ❤❤❤
