Maybe I missed it but how do I use or consume these things? For example, The mental confusion, cold feet and hands…How do I use Great Periwinkle or mistletoe? Where do I even get it?

You can use them in a air diffuser or apply oils on the skin surface. You can use whichever is available in your area or online 🙂
