Herbs for Premenstrual Syndrome

Premenstrual syndrome fighting herbal tea – Take this herbal tea regularly during your period to combine effects of a number of well known PMS bearing herbs.

You will need :

  • 1 tsp vitex berry
  • 1 tsp wild yam root
  • 1/2 tsp burdock root
  • 1/2 tsp dandelion root
  • 1/2 feverfew leaf
  • 1 quart water

How to prepare :

  • Bring to the boil the herbs and water, then remove from the heat.
  • Stand for at least 20 minutes. Strain.
  • Drink at least two cups daily throughout your menstrual period.

This tea will work to cure water retention, inflammation, cramps and headaches. Dandelion is also an invaluable PMS fighting herb.
