Herbs for Premenstrual Syndrome
Premenstrual syndrome fighting herbal tea – Take this herbal tea regularly during your period to combine effects of a number of well known PMS bearing herbs.
You will need :
- 1 tsp vitex berry
- 1 tsp wild yam root
- 1/2 tsp burdock root
- 1/2 tsp dandelion root
- 1/2 feverfew leaf
- 1 quart water
How to prepare :
- Bring to the boil the herbs and water, then remove from the heat.
- Stand for at least 20 minutes. Strain.
- Drink at least two cups daily throughout your menstrual period.
This tea will work to cure water retention, inflammation, cramps and headaches. Dandelion is also an invaluable PMS fighting herb.
