Glad you liked the post Amber. In The Buddhist Guide to a Happy Life, The Noble Eightfold Path is described as a journey of becoming detached from desired outcomes. Letting go of the need to control sets you on the noble path. This simple cheat sheet to Buddhism will help you stay on your path and mindful of The Four Noble Truths, Buddha’s first sermon after he reached the stage of Nirvana.
