Uses of Chamomile Oil – Part 5

Chamomile is prized for the sheer number of uses that it has. Find out just some of the ways you can employ its soothing, calming properties.

For Muscles

Chamomile provides anti-inflammatory pain relief for stiffness of joints.

  • Treat frozen shoulder by massaging the area gently with 1 tablespoon of grapeseed containing 1 drop each of chamomile, clove and thyme oils.
  • Soothe your muscles after an intense aerobic session with 3 drops each of chamomile and gainer, 2 drops each of clove and nutmeg with 35ml of vegetable oil. Gently apply to the affected muscles.
