Natural Deodorant – For a deodorising body oil during sport and other physical activity, blend :
- 3 drops of thyme
- 5 drops of mandarin
- 2 drops of cypress
- 30ml of grapeseed
Soothing Massage – Indulge your feet with a message, use:
- 3 drops of thyme
- 4 drops of lavender
- 4 drops of rosemary
- 35ml sweet almond oil
For Sprained Muscles – Reduce the swelling with a warm compress using 3 drops of thyme oil and hot water.
